Chris Brown's brawl injures bystander

By: BANG Showbiz | Entertainment News | Friday June 15 2012 9:45

Chris Brown's nightclub brawl led to an innocent girl being hit with a bottle and needing 16 stitches.

The 'Beautiful People' singer also sustained a bottle cut to his chin during the argument, which erupted between himself, rapper Drake and their entourages at New York nightclub W.i.P on the night of June 13.

Chris has been at war with Drake since he was linked to Rihanna, who broke up with him after he was convicted of assaulting her three years ago.

When the argument started, Hollie C., a 24-year-old Australian tourist, was at the same bar with friends.

She told TMZ.com: ''Within a few moments of noticing glass being thrown around, I saw a glass bottle headed towards me; consequently hitting me in the head.

''I immediately started to bleed and proceeded to fall in and out of consciousness.''

Hollie added she took herself to a local hospital, where she got her stitches and was given a tetanus shot, before being released. She has since filed a police report.

She said: ''I had to take the subway home with no money or jacket. Nobody would even sit beside me. My friends were so scared because they did not know where I was.''

Unconfirmed reports said the fight broke out after Chris had sent a bottle of champagne to his rival's table as a peace offering, but it was returned with a note reading, ''I'm f***ing the love of your life, deal with it.''
