Collins didn't drop former ACC chairman in it

By: Felix Marwick | New Zealand News | Thursday August 2 2012 15:59

The ACC Minister says she hasn't dropped her former ACC chairman in it over leaks and privacy breaches at the corporation.

ACC is currently under investigation over how Bronwyn Pullar's name was made public.

Minister Judith Collins says those inquiries have been affected by former chairman John Judge replacing and wiping his computers

Ms Collins won't be drawn as to whether or not her release of the information points the finger at Mr Judge.

She says she's not making any judgement and maintains the matters are still being dealt with by the Privacy Commissioner.
