Lawyers for Chris Kahui have dropped their application for a judicial review of the coroner's findings into death of his twin sons.
Mr Kahui was acquitted in 2008 of the murder of the baby boys.
Lawyers had filed proceedings for a judicial review of the coroner's draft report into the deaths.
Today however, Chris Kahui's lawyer Rodney Harrison QC has asked the application be dismissed.
He says the final findings differ from the draft findings, and as a result they're no longer going ahead with the proceedings.
The coroner's findings are due to be released later this week.
