John Keyâ s talking up Kiwi dairy companies in China this week, but he wonâ t be following Judith Collins in popping into Oravida for a cup of tea.
Mr Key lands in Beijing later today, and he will meet with political leaders to discuss last yearâ s Fonterra whey protein scare, and join dairy industry events.
Ms Collins has been under fire for two weeks over her dealings with milk exporter Oravida.
The Prime Minister says he doesnâ t know whether anyone from Oravida will be at the events he attends, but he wonâ t be paying them a visit.
"I would have thought very unlikely. But there would be no reason why I wouldn't, I certainly don't have any either perceived or real conflict of interest."
