By: Newstalk ZB staff | Upper South Island News | Wednesday September 26 2012 13:57

A car has flipped and landed upside on a private railway line in North Canterbury this morning.

The incident occurred about two kilometres south of Waikari at the Weka Pass railway lines at around 10:30am.

A police spokesman says they got the call from a passing truck driver who saw two people standing beside their overturned vehicle.

He says two people are being treated for moderate injuries.
